This deposit is refundable, provided there are no identified damages and/or deep cleaning extra costs incurred due to guest negligent actions during their stay.
As a responsible host, we do recognize and realize the guest’s accommodation is the most important part and crucial factor of the holidays. We value your decision in picking up the pavilion, primarily on its location; Waterfront, Clifftop, Oceanview, etc.
We want your stay to be as smooth as possible and you can always make it more comfortable on your own and make it work for you the most.
Guests are expected to follow Bundeena Waterfront Pavilion house Rules and follow guidelines for your own safety.

Please check out the property in the same general condition as you checked in.
Booking for a minimum of 2-nights rental, long weekend minimum of 3-nights rental.
Avoid flushing any unwarranted solids through the drains of toilets, basins, SPA baths & showers; ear buds, tampons, nappies, any wipes, sharps, etc
Children must be supervised at all times, avoid running, touching & leaning over the glass.
No Pets allowed.
No Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed.
No parties, weddings and events.
No additional guests or visitors allowed, without the prior approval from the host.
No Noise, Quiet time must be observed after 9pm.
Extra costs may be incurred for any negligent actions, where deep cleaning is required and/or any damage is identified.
No access down to the waterfront and rocks, from the Pavilion, can be dangerous.
No access to subfloor of the house, the two small gates must remain closed all times.
